Goals Update

It has been so weird without Ryan home, and so hard. I miss him so much, I can hardly stand it. He would have been home a couple days ago, but they extended him two weeks to figure some stuff out. Two whole weeks! Ugh, it's like agony. Really for some reason I never thought he was really coming home when we planned, but it's mentally very hard knowing he could have been here. He could be helping me with life and holding me and Grayson.

On the PLUS side, I hit my second goal and I am now down 23lbs from pre-pregnancy! So I'm teetering on having a new 5lb goal... I feel like I don't need to really weigh less, just that I really need to loose some more fat, I don't care if the muscle takes up the weight loss, but I think have another goal that I can visibly track will help a whole bunch.

Speaking of goals, I am now a much healthier eater, I am fine working out 5 to 6 days a week, I can keep my house clean, and I make my bed everyday. I play and love Grayson as much as possible as well but that is not a goal, just a fact of life! All of these goals have been slowly built up over time and desire to be better. So now I have a more important goal, a more personal goal. When it comes to praying I am great at remembering to pray in the car on the way to work, or anytime I have a bad feeling, and awesome at praying once I lay in bed, I am not really good at getting on my knees and saying my prayers. I used to be, but it's been a long time. So my new goal is to pray on my knees at least once a day. I know that doesn't sound hard to those of you who do it all the time, but for me, it's hard!

My next goal: Read a book to Grayson everyday... we look at them all the time, but reading is hard when he turns the pages so fast, I'm excited about this one :0)

You are doing amazing. I need to work on the kneeling prayer as well!

I agree with the kneeling thing too. You are doing great and should give yourself more credit.
