When life gives you LeMoNs... paint something.

So this morning at 4 am my legs were hurting so bad I had to go take something, so I pulled myself out of bed, close to tears in frustration between yesterday and now the pain my body decided to throw at me while I should be sleeping comfortably. So I went down and O.D.'ed took the correct dosage for my pain and then stumbled right into a hot bath :0) An hour later my legs felt better, but I couldn't sleep, so I gave up. WHAT?! I know who in their right mind, who doesn't have children, on their day off, gets up at 5AM! Apparently I do. On the Plus+++ side, I was UBER productive! I did a bunch of cleaning, blah blah blah, yadda yadda. Then by 7 (again this is AM people) I went to lowes and got everything for a mini project! LOVE <3 So Here is a kind of before pic-ish, I got excited and forgot (me? Never.) See this bench (minus the back) ;)
Oh seee, here is a piece of the back bird poo and all...
This ugly falling apart peeling bench... Who would let such a horrible thing happen to such an innocent bench?!
I would whahahaha, oops. I was young and NaIvE, I didn't know people had to take care of the outdoor furniture, I figured they said you could put it outside for a reason, it can handle the out side, durh. So for the last 6 years, it has slowly fallen apart and has never been covered! Gasp! So Finally after a couple of years of deciding if I should throw give it away, I fixed it! Today, I fixed it! I haven't found any outdoor throw pillows I like yet, but I'm looking! I guess I'm picky, but if it's not LURVE at first sight, it's not happening..

Ok so it really needs some pillows to give it some pop, especially where it's sitting right now, but <3

love your voice in this post. Very you. :) Why were your legs hurting so bad? I'm sorry, but it is a beautiful outdoor bench.

Mar, Some people get cramps, I get leg aches that last and last, darn-it all that comes with being a girl! I'd laugh, but I don't think it's funny right now, maybe next week. Anyway thanks, I'm learning a few more things with this blog and I'm feeling like I'm able to portray myself better, so I am glad you liked it!

The bench turned out great. I'm impressed that you stayed up. I would have crawled back in bed for sure.
