Moving!
It's been crazy this month! About 3 weeks ago Ryan and I had a conversation and we decided it was time to move. :) So In the first week I got pre-approved, figured how much we could sell our house for, and fixed up everything to show the house. The Next week it was listed and that Thursday 4 people came to see our house. By Saturday we had 2 offers, and we accepted one! (two more would have come in if we had waited until Monday) haha. So this weekend we have been moving everything out, We only have the bare minimum for now and that will be gone soon. If everything goes according to plan we will close on Sept 9th or earlier! Yay!

how nice to have it go so fast
we don't know yet scary huh? Right now we will stay in Ty and Abby's basement until we find a new house for us :)
