7months and bathrooms demos

WARNING: Picture OVERLOAD :0)

Well our sweet little Grayson is now a whopping 7 months old, sadly he has been sick. Poor thing has had it all, runny nose, coughing, fever, irritated ears, and throwing up, he has be lethargic for days now (but still happy). Our wonderful Dr. ruled it as a sinus infection (since his nose has been going for SO long), now he is back on the bubble gum. Yum! However as you can see here, even though he is all of those things he is still a happy boy!

On to the bathrooms, so this is just the before report since we don't really start demo until Monday, and by we, I mean professionals. So we knew from the day we bought the house this was a project we had to tackle quickly. Now here we are almost 2 years later because we lack the skills, and we have been saving up forever to do this. So really the most important one is the master bathroom, not because we are selfish, but because is going to one day flood our house, and we are just testing our luck everyday we use it. Sounds fun right. So any-who, we are also throwing in the tile in our main level bathroom for a few reasons.
1-It is tiny and won't cost much.
2-We needed a kick in the pants to make it better.
3-It grosses me out.
4-There is NO WHERE to put towels (and it has a full tub and shower??).
5- The guy is willing to do it, super cheap, and super fast!
6-I personally do not enjoy the seashell pedestal sink (for sale fyi)
7- Not all of the current tile is connected to the ground.

This piece we just have sitting there, we removed a broken piece and tada!

Now for the master (don't be too grossed out, it's not our fault)
You will notice missing grout, too much grout, mold, and overall yuck.

A little Inspiration for the for the master bath :0)
I really want to paint the cabinets white and then frame out the mirror and add cupboards around them

Also I absolutely love these colors, and I would love that kind of storage on the end of my bath! <3
But to be honest, right now we are just worried about the tile :0( Soon I hope to work on these other things. We will however take care of the little bath for sure. We bought a cute little vanity for it today, and the baseboards will be tile, and we will be painting for sure. <3

I love how all of your shower supplies are all lined up ;0) I hope your new plans include a little shelf (or 3). That would be beautiful and those colors are awesome. Oh, and I think I know why Grayson is still so happy... no pants! That makes everybody happier. Hope he feels better soon.
