I made these super awesome Easter eggs, to go in my sweet hurricane! They were a lot of work but I love them, actually they are still in there because I haven't made something to replace them yet, and I LOVE them!
You just buy the cheap-o Easter eggs and hot glue jute or hemp around them.
I saw people spray paint them, but I wanted some of the fiber to still show through, so I just sponged some acrylic on!

I love these. I saw a blog with this idea but they used the styrofoam eggs which are a little pricey. I never even thought about using my cheapo Easter eggs. Yay, I'm so excited to make mine.
