Update

This last while has been a little crazy! We still haven't gotten to close on our house. Actually we are still in contract with them, but the secondary bank approval was all sorts of messed up and complicated. While we still hope to get it, we are looking again. We just don't want to be caught off guard if it never works out and the banks let it go to foreclosure next month instead of letting us close. So that means we are still living in Tyler and Abigails' basement :( Poor them, haha. We are so grateful to be living with them and have the chance to find the house we are meant to own! Hopefully forever!

Well Ryan and I celebrated our 6th year together, and in celebration we went rock climbing. We both loved it! We actually went rock climbing on our 3rd-ish date and several other times while we were dating. It's been so long since we have gone, but it was fantastic, and Ryan was still amazing. I swear it was like he could fly sometimes, the way he would throw himself to the next rock. Really it was crazy!

Thanksgiving was wonderful! Ryan and I like to watch cooking shows, and last minute we decided to make something we had seen on Rachel Rays 30 minute meals! We were bringing the pumpkin pie, and dinner rolls (neither one homemade) Abby was cooking the Turkey so no oven space. So We Rushed to walmart, turns out they were out of sweet potatoes (surprising at noon on Thanksgiving right haha). So we continued our adventure at Dicks, we found sweet potatoes, but forgot to buy nutmeg at walmart (it's like half the price there) Thank goodness I knew my mom would have some and we wouldn't waste the money. Phew! When we got home we had less then 45 minutes to throw our dish together (i know it's a dish form a 30 minute meal, but We're no Rachel Ray). We made mashed sweet potatoes with cream, chicken stock, a dash of nutmeg, and a dash of hot sauce, sounds weird but it was delicious! We went to my mom and dads house for dinner, I don't know if anyone else liked our little surprise treat but we sure did!
After dinner we as a family went bowling at sparetime, and we got a 3 hour pass to do anything we wanted! It wasn't very busy so it was great, we played 2 games of bowling, then 4 rounds of laser tag (just as a family)! It was so Fun Talya even just ran around in the maze and you just made sure not to run her over, haha! We also did a round of miniature golf (that was kind of lame, but a good cool down in between laser tag games). By the time we were done we still had 30 minutes left to play but we were all so tired.
I am still sore from all the activities, but it was so worth it! I feel like life is all about fun right now, and that's a nice feeling :)
We all basically ended up with our picture with Talya, maybe because she's our only little girl on that side, or maybe because she is the baby, or maybe because she really wanted to walk down the bowling lane and someone needed to keep her occupied ;)
