Most off you already know but here it is anyways. Ryan had about a week off before Tom (his ex-partner) came groveling back and asking that Ryan buy out the business instead. So we did! It's been a crazy week since then. In doing so we had to cancel our trip to CA, I'm a little bit bitter about that one, however, I believe it will pay off in the end! Also now that we are just about done with our house it does not look like we will be selling for a while, blahhhhhhhh. We have to wait until we can prove our income can pay for a better house :) Otherwise we won't be approved for a house we actually want!
